Very exciting...Most seller's will counter offer...It is a long & stressful process but all pays out in the end

We countered again and are waiting to hear back!

We are also going to check out one more house friday night- we arent in contract yet- so eeeeck... i am nervous! but might as well check out another so we are 10000000% sure!

FH & I looked at houses even after we bid until we were officially in contract...You need to make sure, especially with the $$ you are spending!!

another update:
Got full price offer on the condo- which makes buying house easier... so we are waiting ton see, should know by sun/mon

WE ACCEPTED THE OFFER ON OUR CONDO AND THE OWNERS OF THE HOUSE WE FELL IN LOVE WITH ACCEPTED OUR OFFER AND WE ARE IN CONTRACT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thank you girls for all of your support! I will continue to keep you updated and will get pictures up soon as i get them!
