I'm thinking May or June which gives me about a year. I have this fear of picking out a dress, buying it and then finding something I like more.

If I could get by with ordering it one month before I would!

I BOUGHT MY DRESS IN JANUARY 2006. WEDDING IS JANUARY 2007. I WAS TOLD THAT IT COULD TAKE 8-10 MONTHS TO COME IN.

I am bugging out!!! I'm getting married in January of 07 and I still haven't found i dress i absolutely fell in love with!

i have only 9 months left!!!! Am i in big trouble!??!?!?!?!?

I actually found a jasmine dress i liked online, i am away on business and wont be able to try it on anytime soon so i called RK bridal and asked if it was going to be a problem ordering my dress in such short notice....and the guy told me to CALM Down! Not at all!!

Who knows! is anyone else getting a jasmine dress?? if so...how long did it take to come in!??!!?

lol mine is already bought and in!! they are keeping it in storage for me until our wedding. i wasn't planning on buying it so far in advance but when i saw it (without even going to look for a dress) i fell in love with it-- what can i say?

so i ordered it last feb/march-ISH i think if my memory is correct-- somewhere around then. my taste is pretty traditional so i don't have to worry about it going 'out of style' or anything like that.

Wedding is in about a little less than 11 months - so I hope to place a dress order by the LATEST the first week of may. I have only gone once - to RK Bridal so far. Plan to go the next couple of weekends too.

Deep breaths! :) Dont worry, you can do this as soon as 3 months before the wedding. LI brides tend to get so excited about this stuff we all jump on it early

Im waiting until this fall because I want to lose some weight and won't know what my body will be like in 10 months!

If you are sure you find the one then order it but it must be the one....it takes a while to come in well at least mine they told me it takes about 9-10months from the date i ordered it.

i ordered mine in Dec... I fell in love with it.. what can I say?? (people tell me I'm crazy) but if you love it, you love it.. plus it's always good to go around and get ideas.. not like I did or anything though..

I found it while 'browsing' and ordered it that afternoon..

I started looking in February and since then have tried on about 50 dresses, but I am totally in love and infatuated with the third dress I tried on. I'm not going to put the order in until May just because I have to save to put 50% down and beside my wedding isn't until April 2007 so I still have plenty of time.

Still, a little part of me wants to continue dress shopping just because its so much fun! And although I'm 99.9% sure that thats My Dress, I still wonder if there is something else for me. Especially because my mom doesn't like it. (see topic ' My mom hates my dress'
