I already order mine back on 8/12/06 and I'm not getting married until 03/29/08!

I wasn't even supposed to be looking for dresses that day. It just so happened that we did and I happened to find THE DRESS (which was the third one I tried on btw). They were offering a showcase discount too so we figured we would just order it.

I had originallly planned on seriously starting to look about a year and half before, but it just kinda happened to happen that day. lol

I ordered my dress 10 months before the wedding. If you found something you absolutely love, I'd just order it. But then definitely stop looking. You wouldn't want to confuse yourself.

ordered it 8 months ahead of the wedding date

Ordered my dress a year ahead (wedding in June ordered in June) but I get it in 9 months so I get it in April it gives me enough time to fix any alterations that I would need without stressing that my dress won't be ready :)
