I am planning on taking of three days before my wedding. I will not be able to focus any way...I will be too excited.

we are OOT so as soon as my daughter is out of school i'm getting everything together and driving down to LI so it will be about 2-3 weeks before to get all the last min stuff together.

We're lucky.. we work in the schools so we'll be off a month and a half b4 and then we'll have two weeks for our honeymoon

My wedding is on a Saturday and I'm taking off the Thursday and Friday before.

I'm doing the same thing as well as the week after, just in case we do manage to throw together some kind of honeymoon or minimoon.

3 days before...i am a preschool teacher and i want to avoid the germs for a few days because everyone is sick the first week in november..i had the flu so horrible last november

I am taking off Thursday november 6 (half day), which is my Rehersal dinner.
Off Nov. 7 - friday then Nov. 10 - 14 and Nov. 17. (day we are home from the honeymoon.)

Everyone thinks I am crazy for getting married in September since I am a teacher, but it is my favorite month. I am getting married during the third week back to school which is the first full week for kindergarten students and I am a kindergarten teacher. I decided to take off Thursday, Friday and Monday to relax a little. The Tuesday before my wedding 9/16, happens to be Back To School NIght. I am sure I will be very focused, NOT! Haha!
I have to say, I have really enjoyed having this whole summer off to plan. I really needed this time and I have gotten a lot done.

I got married on a friday. I went to work the monday before because I had to cus the other person took a long weekend. Otherwise I prolly would have take on that whole week. But really I think taking like 2 days before is okay- i just had a tonnnnn of people comming from out of town and wanted to try and spend time with them.

I will have to take off the day before and the day of my friday wedding... then it is spring break so we have off anyway! But we are probably doing a mini moon so we won't be rushed.

*FH says he should work the day of and then get dressed before 9th period and say 'Well, I'm off to get married- enjoy your weekend everyone!'

(Because it's not like he needs long to get ready anyway!!)

I came from out of state so I took a total of 2 weeks off. The first week to do running around on LI and the second for the HM.

My wedding is a friday, so I'm off the week of my wedding and 2 weeks after that for our HM.... The monday before our wedding is Labor Day, so I'm off anyhow, but I figured I'd take the tuesday also!
