Jann,

I am so sorry that you are having such an awful day. But please try and remember all the successes that you do have and all the people that you do help (like me) and who do appreciate it! I know it is tough to lose one when you believe that you are in the right and you are not asking for much and when you are going up against people that just don't have the compassion. Please do something for yourself tonight you truly deserve it!!
