I COMPLETELY agree. I change the station whenever it's on! It's HORRENDOUS that they play it on Z100 during the morning show when thousands of KIDS are listening.

I think that people do not censor what they should be censoring these days. The kids of America are being forced to grow up so fast. I can't stand it!

It's that dumb song with a girl singing about how she kissed a girl and she liked it, 'the taste of her cherry chapstick' 'it felt so wrong, but felt so right' You know, the inappropriate one that you are like when you hear it? lol

at first when i heard this song i was kinda surprised they would play it during the day when younger children can hear it

i do like the beat but not the words...haha i actually felt like i was a lesbian by listening to this song hahahaha i don't know why but it was weird

but it's completely OK to talk, sing, about regular 'straight' kissing?? if you don't like it, change the station! no one is making you, or anyone one else listen to it!! what i don't like about the song is the total male fantasy idea behind it.

it's completely natural for two women, two men, or a man and a woman to kiss. if it's natural affection, that's a beautiful thing.

it's so discrimanatory to say this song should be banned from daytime radio, but then so many other songs should be as well. hell, just ban all music that talks about kissing!!

sorry to chime in, but this horrendous song was stuck in my head as i saw this post. i hate that the tune is catchy bc its a horrible song!

so it's ok for songs about sex, cheating, kissing, to be played at any time of the day, but as soon as it's same sex kissing, it should now be banned?? what century do you people live in??? what happens if your child decides it's normal for them to want to kiss someone of their own sex?? it's shameful the amount of bigotry that still exists in todays world. like i said, i have issues about the male fantasy aspect of the song, but there's nothing wrong with same sex kissing. that's the only reason i see given as to why this song should be banned from children's ears!

There are songs played on the radio about womanizing/abuse/drugs and such too... are they banned NO.

I think it is awful and disgusting to call a song about a girl kissing another girl 'inappropriate'. Love is Love


I agree kids are growing up fast these days,, but calling a song about a girl who might like a girl,, all these names is very odd to me. I didn't realize there was such views on this board.

I'm not supporting those songs either. I think that the songs on the radio today are horrible (not all of course) and that radio stations really need to start censoring them. There are TONS are artists that say inappropriate things and it's ashame that they are on the radio, for millions to hear. This song is one of them and I chose to voice my opinion on the topic. I think that when in a car, a seven year old can potentially ask (on a 'cleaner' radio station such as KTU) why a girl is kissing a girl and tasting chapstick. I think that can lead to some uncomfortable conversations between parent and child as a start....
