IT DOESNT MEET YOUR LOCATION BUT THE MARITIME HOTEL IS AWESOME AND SO IS TRHE RESTUARANT IN THERE - MATSURI AND THE LOUNGE BOTTEGA

i once read about this place that was called the library or something? each floor was another 'section'....

Righa Royal Hotel (sp?) Its right near central park, my friend had her wedding there and it was really pretty
