Excel

My FH is an Actuary so he put a formula in to calculate projected # guests based on RSVPs yes's vs. no's. Even broke it down by guest list (ours, my parents, his parents)... He was like a kid in a candy store when the rsvps were coming in

My FH bought wedding software. He is keeping track of EVERYTHING!

That's too cute! I didn't even know there was wedding software. I am using excel to keep track of budget and will use it for the guest list too when I hit that point!

wow excel is popular. but i don't have that program.

i'm using theknot and the program that the Watermill gives you. (Great wedding software!)

the 'other' site has the BEST tracking device
you can organize by shower, OOT, etc

He's a computer geek. As soon as we got engaged and started budgeting he checked out all the websites etc, and found a free trial of software. After 30 days he decided he liked it so much he would buy it. I think it was $14.
