Lori- planning a wedding sucks. getting married is great. being the bride is great. but as much as I loved the planning, the family and financial strains are not very fun IMO.

With 2 months to go.... I feel like we're under so many wedding deadlines, stresses, etc. in addition to everything else we gotta do! I can't wait to marry FH, it will be fantastic.. but at the same time I can't wait for this sh-t to be over LOL

Anyone else???


I feel this exact same way. Especially since I just recently changed dates and venues, so I feel as though I've already planned two weddings. I'm done.

hell yeah! i'm excited for the day, but once it is over, it will be nice to just live. save money, do things, you know.

I'm so glad that we are all in the same boat! I wasn't sure if I should have felt guilty about wanting to 'get it over with.' Thanks ladies for always reassuring...

Nothing helps calm the nerves like a glass of wine, anyway LOL

Um, ME!!!! I feel like my life is being put on hold cause I have to plan a wedding.....but at the same time I like being a bride. I feel like after the wedding I wont be special anymore, but at least I will be able to spend $. Mixed feelings suck.

I totally feel the SAME way!!! Sometimes I feel really guilty too for feeling that way because I know that once the planning is over, I might miss it, and because the day will go by so fast, but I just CAN'T WAIT to be married to my Jimmy!!!
