i'm telling you to notify www.bbb.org before u pick up the dress. Let them put Davids Bridal on notice. Trust me they will cater to your every need if you do this. I checked out Davids Bridal on the better business website and they had a lot of bad reports but 99% were resolved already because the BBB got involved DO it now so u are not sorry later. Ask your mother. Mothers are always right

I've used david's for occassion dresses, etc. They DON'T order them. If you try one on in the store you can take that one home. They may order one as a transfer form another store but you don't know what condition its in. I'm sure there may be exceptions , but as a rule, david's is an 'off the rack' place

My friends dress was ordered for her. I guess if your dress is in seaons the order if not they take it from the rack.
