I received an email that they wont be in until August 8th..thats only two days after I was expecting..so I can live with that..they'll be in at 10 am, flying into DC...so I am sooooo excited! ill probably drive down on sunday, stay ina hotel and wake up and go get my sons!!! Oh man..I cant even imagine how GREAT it is going to feel to see them walkiing off that plane and right into my arms.. I can hardly stand it!! So now the countdown is at 20 days again..I think..it was three weeks from yesterday.
Thanks for all of your cheers and well wishes....can you believe it..they are almost home!!!
Jess..thanks for asking about my job and new apt. I am loving both..I wish the job paid a bit more, but I am doing what I love and we will get by..my apt is great also. Dex is being a jerk as usual, but that is why I left and no longer need to deal with the crap. We may struggle a bit, but atleast we wont have any negative vibes from Dex in our lives..so Im happy to be able to protect the boys from that!
By the way..I used the gift certificate to buy their portable CD players...I bought them nice ones..Ive heard that they think walk mans are sooo cool!!! And when they get here..I will take them to target to pick out their bikes, helmets and soccer ball...so THANK YOU again for that wonderful guft you guys gave me. I feel forevere indebted (did I spell that right?) to you all for that. I am grateful!!!

And thank you to EVERYONE for sharing this process with me...you are an amazing bunch of people!!! You have been such a wonderful, amazing, spectacular source of support..I cant thank you enough!!!

I am sooo happy for you, Alicia. I was thinking of you a couple of days ago reading an article in this weeks People magazine about a woman who adopted a little girl from Ethiopia.
I hope you'll have someone at the airport with you to film the first meeting. I'm sure it will be the greatest moment in all of your lives.
I'm still filling the box with clothes, but I'll be sure to have it to you in plenty of time for their arrival.

How wonderful that their friend will live so nearby to all of you! Maybe you can pick up some little Batman things for Paulos now that you were given some insider info. I'm soooooooooooo excited for you! All of this waiting will be so worth it in TWO SHORT WEEKS!!! Yay Mommy!
