Oct 15 is TERRIFIC for US

But .. aren't there a bunch of October brides & grooms?? (i.e., Peanut? and OctGroom??)

I want to meet Peanut and OctG too!

I know you can never pick one date to please everyone, but we can definitely 'do' the Oct 15th .. and in NYC it makes things a heckuva lot easier for us too

Ahh... I think I could handle it .. You forget I live with a Mets fan who 'let me have it' when they lost the WS last year. Its wasn't pretty

'IF' their downward spiral were to begin in your presence, I can imagine I would surely be toasted and feeling no pain by the time you could dig in and let me (uh, my team) have it

I didn't read the whole thread.. only the title.. but Oct. 15th.. that's the night before my wedding. I am gonna be on sedatives that nite.

I work/live in the city so just let me know where I need to be!
I agree, a Happy Hour/after work kind of thing would be best. This way the LIers who work in the city will be able to come!
