Marriage next month and still deciding things!

Hi all!
It is my marriage the next month.
I am super thrilled. We have been dating for 5 years. Two months back, we went to Paris to escape from the pressures of the work. There, at the Eiffel tower, he proposed me. Actually, I always used to say to him about seeing Paris and the Eiffel Tower. That was why he chose Paris this time for our trip. But he surprised me by proposing me in front of the Eiffel Tower. I was shocked and at the same time I was thrilled, happy! I don’t have words to describe what I felt that moment. Almost everything for the marriage has been planned. I took my wedding dress. One of the things where I have confusion is in selecting flowers. How about using Heather in the bouquet? I have heard that these flowers symbolize good luck. Anyways, I have to decide upon that. Can you guys give me suggestions about choosing flowers?
The next thing what I have to decide upon is whether to go for premarital counselling. My mother asked us to go for this counselling. She said that it will benefit in our future. Has anyone here gone to this before marriage? She has booked for a premarital counselling in Toronto. What do you say? Should we go for it?
