Was yours made out of a foam like material? I thought it would be hard plastic but was surprised at the material...still painting it and decorating...nice job! I got the Edwardian Script font, love mine too!

It was more like a wood material. The auction says it is resin and I have no idea what that is. It is not foam though. It is hard. Show pics when you are done decorating. What kind of paint are you using?

Is it hard? Mine is weird...it's definitely cute, you can see that it was hand cut - uinbelievable. I will use spray paint, I thought we had discussed? Well, spary paint and glue for the crystals. Good luck!

I just looked up resin and got this:
A material used as the binder in coatings that can be translucent, transparent, solid or semi-solid. Examples: acrylic, alkyd, copal ester, epoxy, polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride, silicone.

That's a good explanation!

Yes I remember talking about spray paint. Are there specific kinds for different materials? Are you going with silver?
