Amanda i think the episode came out great. I know there are things that we don't know and didn't see or hear, but it looked amazing.
I loved the flowers. I have a pic in one of my albums in your bridesmaids dresses but a diffrent set of colors from a wedding i was in 2 years ago

I LOVED you eposide last night. I teared up a few times to, once at the watford store and then a second time when you and jeff said your vows. I have never met you b4 and you came across as a total sweetheart.. I thought you guys where amazing. Wasnt a huge fan of David, but the room lookled amazing, and so did the cermony sight.

After seeing your show i convinced Dh to take me on a carriage ride.



ETA: I wanted to say , i didnt think the show made you looked like you hated everything, i thought it came across as you were very grateful. I was also VERY Happy Thaty you stuck up for yourself about the CH!!

I thought the show was great. I know there were things they left out or just never put in. That's the magic of TV.
I haven't been on the site in a while, so I know there's a post where you told everyone you were going to be on the show. Where is it? And how did you get picked?
Once again, congrats to you and DH and everything looked beautiful and your hair looked great, I know you said you hated it, but it looked great on TV.

Amanda I thought the show portrayed you very well, but I know what you mean about the editing because we were in the daily news and the writer totally butchered our story, but only you know what really happened and how they portrayed you. i almost teared when you were in waterford, that was a very touching moment, and when you rung the bell that was simply priceless!!! David did an amazing job on that tent and your table scapes were amazing!

That was amazing!!! I am sorry you didn't get to have certain things that you really wanted. I loved the tent idea, and I think it was a great idea, and magical looking. I loved the centerpieces that he picked out, but I am with you on the hair. I could tell you didn't like it. The makeup was gorgeous though. Everything was awesome.

Great Episode Amanda. I know you posted some concerns but I as someone who has never met you -- you truly came off as a greatful, appreciative and excited about your wedding.

You could really see how happy you and Jeff were!

I do have a questions (out of couriosity) were the waterford gifts in lieu of traditional favors or did he change those too?

Again -- don't worry about what was changed or edited you looked wonderful and they protrayed you in a great way!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to say that going in watching this last night I was nervous for you after watching this show week after week. I was so happy that he really had nothing bad to say.
I agree with you on the hair, I think that it wasn't the best look for you. I would've picked style number 1 for you.

awww amanda was nervous for no reason. The beginning part is when he is the most harsh but he wasnt bad compared to all the other brides. He even complimented her on tying everything together and didnt go changing her bm dresses and wedding dresses which he usually does.

I agree, especially since he wasn't really a fan of the color green. He really didn't change much and enhanced what he had to work with. I thought it was really nice that he took their feelings into consideration with the cocktail hour considering he really didn't agree with having it upstairs. She did great. I would never be able to do something like that. I loved all the touches incorporated from their Irish heritage...loved the bell! The whole thing with Waterford was great too!

ETA: Aw, I don't think you came across as unhappy at all...just the opposite. You definitely appeared very appreciative of everything he did. And, knowing how much you hated your hair, unless they just edited it that way , you were polite about it. Sorry, your sister didn't get the tea set.

the show was great - you are my favorite television bride EVER - you have such a great personality, everytime they showed you tear up i was tearing up i have 1 1/2 weeks until my wedding so i am a emotional wreck but i loved you, i thought you and your wedding was great!

I am 1/16th Irish and my DH is even less. BUT...we LOVE St. Patricks Day and loved to learn the traditions. Everything went off the charts when he saw the invitation that I asked my planner to design. All is good and I am sort of cool with what he said. I am just slightly pissed that he totally ignored the Italian and Czech things that we asked to be included.

I HATED HATED HATED my hair and he knew it!!! He may have 'left' before I talked to the camera but I told him straight out that I hated my hair....yet that was the choice he picked. As for Waterford...I specifically asked that my sister...a seasoned tea drinker and in all honesty...someone who would have simply loved and enjoyed the tea set...get that gift and she didn't.

Editing s u c k s...and I get that.
And I do appreciate everything he did.

But...all the juicy stuff makes me said because I HAD THE MOST FUN AND AMAZING WEDDING EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I felt the show made it seem like I was not that happy.

Amanda, ironically I actually felt that the show made you seem exceptionally grateful and I knew you hated your hair from LIW but in watching the show I had no idea you hated it. I honestly thought he didn't say anything negative about you or your wedding and I really thought you handled yourself with so much grace and class. I would have been choking on my words.

I was wondering what you were thinking watching it b/c You know EXACTLY what you said and in what order and how it was said, it had to be hard to watch, but he was definitely pretty nice to you compared to others I've seen.

I thought the same thing. I thought you seemed so very happy with everything and looked like such a happy bride. Even at the end he said you were on the dancefloor all night and didn't leave once. At the ceremony you were so excited and so cheerful while ringing the bell lol and walking back down the aisle. I think your happiness on your wedding day did come through on the show and really showed how you felt.

I also agree that compared to the others he was nice, well at least what we saw on the show. Most of the others he changed their venues, their dresses, their bm's and everything lol. Even at the end I was surprised he called to see what you wanted to do with CH, bc with the others he never asked them what they thought and went with it. All the other times he just did what he thought was best and what he said goes.

I read your juice. That's not very juicy at all Amanda. Probably b/c you were a little too 'stubborn' for him he went and did that stuff to you. Oh, and one thing about your hair - it looked nice the trial day. Wedding day it fell completely flat in like two seconds. Not good business for Janine at Maximus. Poor job on her part and David's part. I completely and 110% agree with you my dear. You still looked supafly though!!!

I hate any and all reality TV but I loved watching you!!! You are so cool. You were so calm, and so real!! Your wedding looked gorgeous and I love how you put him in his place with the 'cocktails' . What an asshat, cocktails. My mom and I were like wth? I'm using that all the time now.

It was really cool that you got the waterford and flowers upgraded!!! You were so appreciative too!!!

The poor mgr of the ICP - he seemed really nervous. Oh and David needs to change the t-shirts he wears on the show - very distracting.

You were awesome, your parents were awesome, Jeff was awesome! Congrats girlie!!!
