The BP doesnt have to be even, just include the most important people between the two of you. You can have 3 girls and 6 guys and each girl will walk with 2 guys. That actually looks really nice.

I would let him have them all - it doesn't matter if they are uneven. I also think you should definitely include your brother - I'm sure he waould be honored!
