and the reception card read:

Please limit your guest

Monetary gifts preferred

Bridal Registry at Bloomingdales

I wouldnt have believed her if I hadnt seen it with my own eyes!

what the heck does 'Please limit your guest' mean?

as for the rest of what it says.... classless!

If she wants to limit the guests, she should be specific about who she is inviting on the invite. AND, why didn't she just not register and people would then give money.

Re: My friend got an invitation in the mail

I just told my FH about this and according to him, 'please limit your guest' means that unless you're dating someone and it's serious, please don't bring a guest.

HOW F'ing RUDE!

on a side note, I know printers aren't hired for their opinions, but honestly, how can they even print that up? I would have flat out told her 'look, that is very rude and offensive and I think you will piss off your guests'. clueless, just clueless!
