I think your mu looks amazing. You look good with both lip colors. I aggree your hair is a bit high but otherwise it looks great. I love the curls over your veil. Very nice. Also keep in mind that when you are fully dressed in wedding attire, it will look a lot better. After my trial, I was like, woah, I never wear my hair this tall or put on this much makeup. But it all just goes together when you are dolled up like a princess.

Janie...you look stunning!!! I agree your hair is a little high but that's totally fixable. As for how short your hair looks in the front it's only because of how tight your curls are. They start loosening up pretty quick so I wouldn't touch that. Your eyes are amazing but your lips look much better with the darker color you used. But girl you really do look beautiful!!!

Firstly, your makeup was great, eyes were amazing but I think a lipstick in between the light and the dark one would be better. I DO like the hair and think you could pull of the pic you want with it all up. I actually think it will actually look even more romantic. You will be gorgeous!

Don't settle if you are not 100% satisfied with your hair! I loved the makeup, also with the darker lipstick. I liked the picture you included in the update, maybe have the person try to replicate that style!!! Good luck!!!!

Janie - I personally love the hair and the make-up. I think your hairstylist can definitely pull off the second hairstyle as it is not much different than the first one. The make-up looks great - you have to remember that you will be wearing this make-up the entire day, and that after a few hours of wearing it, it will start wearing off little by little. Thats why I think you need a little bit of the dramatic look at first...you're gorgeous luv dont stress it.

I think your hair is very pretty but maybe put a few curls down in the front to give it a softer look.

Your makeup is gorgeous but def. with the darker bronzed color lip stick. The pale pink isnt flattering for you.

You are a beautiful girl without the make-up as well though. You will make a stunning bride.

Janie you are gorgeous girl! I think the darker lipstick looks great and your eye make up is wonderful!! I am going through my own hair drama since I don't even know what style to even pick hence the lack of hair trials! If you don't love your hair then go to another trial until you do! You have put way too much thought, planning and work to settle on ANYTHING particularly hair!

Since it will hot the hair all the way up would be practical and would still look beautiful on you!

Janie you looked absolutely gorgeous. I think your hair looked beautiful but would be curious to see how it looked after a second trial. Stunning job on the makeup and I agree re: the darker lip color but only because you pointed it out. I think you'll look fabulous no matter what!

Ok...your eyes are awesome-perfect. I do agree with you with the lipstick...the darker color looks much better with your complexion.

If you want to copy the photo of the hairstyle I think it would look very flattering on you. If you stylist can just make your hair lower on top I think you'd be perfectly set.

You can definately pull the up do!! I personally would go totally up in August just in case it is a humid day! You don't want your hair sticking to the back of your neck!!!

Janie you look beautiful. What a great first trial. I think the make up is awesom and you are right about the darker lipstick.

The hair looks great but I can see your concern about it being to high...I think if you let your stylist know that you want softer curls that are lower then you should be fine.

As all the other ladies have already said...you will look beautiful either way.

Thank you ladies for all your kind words !!! I am going to go for another trial to test out the updo (Just to have a piece of mind) Anthony is going to kill me if he knew how much I have spent for the 1st trial!!

But anyway... to answer some of your questions, the work is done by makeovers salon in Staten Island. Phyllis did my hair & Irena did my makeup. Makeup was traditional cosmetics, not airbrush (Although the pics make it look like airbrush!!) I am going for a classic. timeless look, so the updo may be more of what I am leaning towards.. I just hope it comes out the way the pic looks

The half up/Half down just wasn't doing it for me. oh and extensions are not an option.. I just dont want to go that route.
