My sister is walking me down the aisle...

So my family dynamic is a little different, and my parents will not be attending my wedding. However my sister has stepped in over the past 10 years, and she will be walking me down the aisle, along with my 10 year old nephew. My sister is 48 years old, and looks about 35 lol, so she is unsure what she should wear. MOB dresses are often too matronly for her, but she doesnt want to look 'like I'm trying too hard' (that's a direct quote from her. Has anyone been in this situation? Or have any advice? Any store suggestions? Thanks!!

My mom is the same age as your sister and doesn't like any of the MOB dresses either. She hasn't purchased anything yet but her thought is to purchase a long bridesmaids gown in a gold or silver color (different gown & color than my girls ofcourse)

I have this problem too. Kudos to your sister for stepping up! Maybe go to like Nordstrom/Macys somewhere like that and just look at the fancy dresses rather than the 'bridal department' dresses? That's what I told my mom to do and will do with her as the date gets closer.

My mom is a size 0 or 2 so we are going that route too. It's hard when all the MOB dresses look super matronly!
