Re: New Home Construction

I'm not sure how to find the lots...but there ARE lots all over the place...someone down the street from me just built a house on an empty lot...in Queens!! 1 block from LIRR station in a great neighborhood...

again...its Queens...so its a small lot...but there are lots available...

Re: New Home Construction

You also have to watch out for taxes in new developments or construction. The taxes were outrageous on new homes in Suffolk compaired to older homes in the same area.

Finding a home is a long process, at least it was for us. You just have to keep at it.
