Newly Engaged- Venue Quote Help Please

Hi,
I cross-posted this from the Brides Helping Brides Forum, I hope that is okay. I am looking for a venue for ideally Summer 2017, possibly Fall 2017. We will be having 100 people which I realize is a little on the smaller side for some venues. I am definitely interested in the three village inn and the winter garden pavilion at fox hollow, and any similar properties someone may have quotes for.

If anyone could assist with quotes or advice for similar venues, I would be thankful!

Newly Engaged- Venue Quote Help Please

Similar to Fox Hollow there is East Wind..located in Wading River it is a bit far east on the island but they have a private building (The Cottage) which is designed for small weddings (I believe up to 100 people). They also have an all inclusive package (venue, photo, dj, and floral) for $10,000. We are having our wedding at East Wind in the Estate (similar to the Cottage but for a larger group of people). Love the fact that I am the only bride at that time in that location. This is also true of The Cottage.

Was recently at Fox Hollow, this past weekend to be exact.

Fox Hollow quoted us at $115 pp (Friday) September 1st and $135 pp (Saturday) August 26th (FYI: a couple while I was there was looking into the date) + November 4th - 2017... If you're looking into 2017, good luck a lot of places are already booked. ALL of October is completely booked for 2017.

Newly Engaged- Venue Quote Help Please

I got married at the Chateau Briand. I loved my wedding! It was all that I dreamed of. I was a little skeptical because of the lack of greenery but there are so many places to get great photos. The patio outside is beautiful. We utilized three different rooms.

I had 130ish people in the Saturnia room and everyone fit perfectly. For 100 people, I don't see why you can't pay $100 per person (excluding Saturday evenings). Places do book up fast. We also worked down the price twice. :)

As far as Fox Hollow, I liked them but we didn't like how they did not budge with the price per person.
