She's nuts - plain and simple. You can't get upset or offended by people like that. They have soemthing wrong with them. Its sad that she has to live that way everyday....

I have a lot of tolerance... but this is beyond...You know what... she is OBVIOUSLY f*cking nuts. I mean - WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND BLAMES A RASH ON SOMEONE'S CHOICE OF CONVERSATION? Seriously... even if you did nothing from sun up to sun down except talk about the wedding - would that give ANYONE a rash? A headache maybe...
I think you need to start treating her like a mental patient. Seriously. Start talking really loudly and slowly when you have to address her. Observe:
'HI LEE - SA. HOW ARE YOU TODAY.' Use broad universal gestures. Wave for Hi, point to her when you say you. 'ARE YOU FEELING OKAY? DID YOU REMEMBER YOUR MEDICATION THIS MORNING?'
