i would also suggest boot camps, especially if it's to shape up before the wedding. try www.shapesidefitness.com or queensbootcamp.com

la fitness in farmingdale. i pay $50 a month and since FH and i joined together they were having a special and it was $99 to sign us up together as the initiation fee
