That's right. Can you get to a Trader Joe's? They have so many stir fry mixes and sauces you can make anything. Cheap too. My freezer is stocked from Trader Joe's.

thanks girls! i feel better now. i actually went to target today and found a dvd of rachel ray's 30 minute meals. i was too busy shopping today to try it out but my sister swears by it and says its great! i saved all of the yummy recipes shared on this thread...any others would be appreciated too!!!
