Considering we just bought our house, we will be doing some improvements on the exterior & then the next project is 'starting our family'

YEAH! For the longest time it was for sale with Prudential...still is (weird) AND for sale by owner...
How can they do both?

Cute...LOVE the kitchen, but $719,000 for 3 bed 2 bath... .39acres!



you can't do both - I think- I am the daughter of a real estate brooker the FH wife of mortgage brooker

it's nice - for $450- come on-


That's weird I have seen it done myself when we were house hunting.

For him: finish law school, pass the bar
For me: concentrate on my writing career again

For both of us: figure out where we want to live (either LI or southern Calilfornia)

when you list with an agent- you sign a contract- if you sell it yourself- you could technically still owe them the fee- I asked

moving into our newly built home by August 2006. I am so excited I cant wait. We are building our home in PA. It is on 7 acres and is 5000 sq. feet.
