Re: NWR- Oheka Castle

I just got an invitation today in the mail from Oheka for their Valentine's Day dinner. They their smallest package is $175 per PERSON! It only goes up from there. The top package was like $795 which included the Valentine's Suite or something crazy like that.

Mine too!

The best is that high school kids probably won't really appreciate where it is!

Just found out that my brother's senior prom is going to be held at the Oheka Castle!!!! and the tickets are $120 each!!!!
My mom is about the have a heart-attack! LOL

LOL!!! my tickets were $120 a person and it was at the Huntington Townhouse (4 years ago too!!)... I mean, no offense to HT brides but it is NOT Oheka!!! NOT EVEN CLOSE, I was so annoyed to pay that amount of money to go to the HT that I almost didn't go!!

can i go to that prom?

my hs prom was at the waldorf-astoria and it was $150 a person (and that was over 5 years ago)

Let me guess- Syosset HS? My sister went with her bf at the time to the Waldorf for their prom and she had a lot of fun.

That's me...I was dating a guy from Syosset. Geez, I almost forgot all about that prom... thanks to Jenn she reminded me!!! That makes my Huntington Townhouse prom look even worse!! I went to Smithtown so I thought it would be at a better place than that, no offense but for 120 a ticket c'mon!!
But the prom at the Waldorf was like a dream, they had a live band and a DJ both and the food was endless and amazing and the entire place itself was just breathtaking. It was in the grand ballroom which is where Star Jones had her wedding lol!
I still wish I didn't go to my prom at the townhouse and just spent the money on going out that weekend which was more worth it because the food was so bad I couldn't even eat! I should have went to Syosset apparently haha!
