I was on Ortho Tri-Cyclin and my period was really messed up. Then I was on Tri-Cyclin low and I gained a lot of weight. Then, I took Jasmin, and gained back the weight I lost after the Tri Cyclin. I was also depressed on all of the pills. Literally depressed. So, I am not taking anything right now and have the diaphragm (sp?)

i agree, i was on ortho tricyclin low and i felt very bloated, and the scale would show about a five pound weight gain, but it was all in my belly and thighs... i tried one final time to take it and really cut back on what i was eating but i still felt bloated... so i finally gave up :(
I've been on it for about 4 months not only did I gain about 7 pounds but my big boobs got even bigger. So lets just say that my dress shopping experience has not been fun.

Re: NWR - pill question
I have been on so many different pills because of the effects I had to keep switching now I am on MIrcette and have been for a few years now. No weight gain, cramps, headaches It has been the best I have been on so far. I heard the ortho puts you on an emotional rollercoaster.

Not on the pill, on NuvaRing. Hey, it's still a hormone.

Re: NWR - pill question
Not on the pill, but I am on birth control. I get the Depo Provera shot 4 times a year, never get my period, and have no side-effects.Welcome New Vendors
