The give us great benefits b/c we are non-profit which means...poorly paid!

As of Dec 1 I'll be there 7years and I'll get:

4 weeks vacation
2-3 personal days (depends on holiday calendar)
I'm exempt so I have unlimited sick (up to 2 weeks at a time)
and...

A 10 WEEK PAID SABBATICAL!

Which I am taking starting one week before the wedding of course.

I get 20 plus 2 personal and unlimited sick.

But I've been there for 6.5 years. Most people get 3 weeks.

So this new job that i just went on an interview for that offers just 2 weeks (including sick) stinks

It depends on what else they offer you. Salary might be higher, etc.

Right now I have:

3 weeks vacation
2 weeks worth of sick
1 week of personal
All major holidays off

Been with the company 7 years
My company's policy is cool! Everybody earns 1 1/2 vacation days & 1sick/personal day every month after you have been with the company 2 years

I get 4 weeks vacation plus sick & personal days - I work during tax season so my Saturdays can be taken as either pay or vacation...

after i hit 5 years, i get another 5 vacation days

2 weeks for the 1st 2 years
3rd year get another week
5 years 4 weeks

but i also get 10 sick days and 5 personal days ...plus 1/2 day fridays in the summer
