My shower was on Saturday and I am almost done with thank you cards. Would love to be done by the weekend. Working on...

Ugh, every time I think about what I have left I have a mini heart attack.

First and foremost I have to finish packing up my life b/c I'm moving in with FH this weekend. Hopefully we can get it all done, or it will spill over into next weekend.

After that I have the following things left to do:

Finalize programs (need to call judge to finalize ceremony order)
Meet w/ photographer to go over must take photo list
Meet w/ videographer to go over day of schedule
Meet w/ DJ to go over must play/do not play lists and all other musical selections (ceremony, CH, special dances etc)
Meet w/ hall and select menu
Meet w/ DOC to do day of timeline and anything and everything else I need to do with her
Meet w/ limo company to go over times and pickups etc for the day of
Buy gifts for ushers, reader, and ceremony hosts
Have makeup trial (already have her booked, but want to work out some things)
Have third hair trial (style I love doesn't work with veil)
Attach scavenger hunt list to cameras (all printed)
Bathroom basket & OOT bags (unless I decide to scrap either or both ideas)
Finish stands for sand ceremony containers
Get pictures & frames for memorial candle table
Seating chart (although without all the RSVPs this a little tough)
Pay everyone
