my FH has offered to pay for the RD, our HM, and either the flowers or the band. I just had an idea- what do you think:

if our actual guests get over 210, then he can pay for the more expensive of the two items.

if our guests are under 210, he can pay for the less expensive.

my parents are pretty rigid about their 210 max rule, which i totally understand, but FH feels like he cannot cut his list from 120! so - there is our compromise.
