I can't wait to put mine up on here. I have to go back to the bridal store to order my veil and tiara and at the same time I am going to try on the dress and take lots of pictures. I don't like the dress on the eve of miladys website otherwise I would put that up.

which EOM did you get? Mind is amalia carrara and my sister got EOM too!

I have the amalia carrara also. On my receipt is says the gown number is AXG #3. I am not sure if that is the style number or the stores number.

Me? I'm wearing a fingertip length veil only for the ceremony and I don't think I want any lace on it. I tried on the cathedral and loved it, but I think its too much for me. Plus, the cermenony is in the chapel at the RH, not a church. If it was at church, I would totally get a cathedral length.

The cathedral looks so gorgeous! If my ceremony was more traditional, I'd be all over it. You could really wear just about anything and it will look great with your dress. I tried on a lot of veils and the plain ones looked the best IMO

Exactly!! Just so it doesn't hide any of the details on the lace.

when i went dress shopping, i tried on a cathedral veil, it was very sheer, but in the front part it was all crystals and the front part had this cascading type effect, didnt just come straight...It was gorgeous and worked great with a cathedral train dress

I am not wearing a cathedral i am marrying at a hall its way too long for me and my ceremony. I would trip on the damn thing. Pretty though but i tried it on and it just overwhelmed me.

I want a fingertip length with just maybe a finished edge (1/8 ribbon possibly that is a angel cut) I don't really know since I have only tried on four so far and the dress didn't fit me that well so its hard to say. I have to wait till the dress gets in really and then I am going to Barron's TriCounty to get it done.

I wanted a lace veil but everyone in the stores was like a deff. no on that and when i tried it on it took away from the dress.

I was dead set on the Mantilla..but I think it Was not flattering with my dress b/c of the detail.

I am looking for a two tier detachable cathedral., I want to wear a fingertip length veil in the RH and take off the cathedral tier.

I am also waiting for my dress to come in.

so your wearing your veil the entire time.. that is really nice. Just the shorter version is staying on.. that is a good idea. I am getting a balero jacket with my dress even though everyone at the stores was yelling at me just to wear the veil and get over my fear of showing my chubby arms. heheh

I can't wait till we start posting pics of our fittings and us in a dress and veil and the whole thing!!!

NO., the cathedral deteaches and the shorter one stays on., yes I want to wear it., I'll never get to wear one again lol. You should just wear the veil., it can cover your arms!
