I did the workout for the 1st time last night and it kicked my butt!!!!

Great workout, can't wait to do it again tonight!

I love The 30 day shred!!!! I have had it for a while and although I don't do it everyday when I have something I want to get in shape for quick it soooo dies it's job!! Jillian is tough and honest and I love it! Keep up with it and you will see results good luck Shredders!!!!

Hey everyone! today was day 1 of the shred....i found some parts harder than others....i loved it tho...its quick and to the point just what i need!!

just got mine in the mail today!! hoping to get the motivation to start it in a few days.. wednesday is my goal to open it up!

hey.. for those who have finished the shred, how did you gals build up to the other levels? did you do level 1 for 10 days then went to level 2 etc.. or did you mix them up?

I feel like doing the same level for 10 days in a row is going to become repetitive and the workout isn't going to do as much..
