I'm using lavender and pinks in my flowers, I know my florist went over all the flowers that would look good and showed me some... i'm not a big flower expert, but i know there will be a lot of lavender roses! I'm going to see a sample of everything in july to make sure i like it!

Hello August Brides! I have been really busy this year and have taken care of:
Limos
RH
DJ/MC
Florist
Photographer/Videographer
Invites (they are DIY) and are in progress.
STDs

~I found a dress I love in Bride Magazine, but I want to lose weight before I try it on.

~FH and I are gonna be dorky and mail our STD's out on 08.22.07, to commerate our one year countdown!

I think the bridal party is going to wear a berry color and my centerpieces will look something like the ones below. I heard that orchids do really well in the heat.

why do u have to use the house florist. I think I am going to use Flowers by Emil. I have such a big wedding party and big ideas he gave us a great prices for my high centerpieces. In June I will start booking video/photo and next flowers or vice versa.

Sorry responding so late to this but I was away on vacation. Its part of my contract, The hall has contracts with 2 florists and I have to use one of them

As for flowers I originally wanted tulips or calla lilies. Tulips are apparently no good in August and I think all Calla's may end up out of my budget so for now I am thinking something like this for me
