OOT bag question.

I have abunch of people from here staying in a hotel and some from OOT do you think I should do bags for all of them staying in the hotel or just the people from out of state?

maybe just put some water and snacks in the other ones?? i dont know what your putting in them......

the hotels i have blockings at have said they hand them out to guests as they check in, so it's probably easier to make one for each room that you have booked (because otherwise, i don't know how they would determine who to give one to and who not to give one to).
