No problem! Mark was really a pleasure so I recommend his studio to everyone who asks. I know Lynn is considered a 'fine art' photographer so having her is an upgrade. I think Jodi is considered your standard 'main' photographer but Im not sure. I didnt do this - but if I had to do over again - I would go to Marks office and look through all the albums and choose the photographers whose style you like the best. When we booked, it was so overwelming that we never got to do an indepth comparison of all the photographers work so I choose Lynn based on word of mouth and I let Mark choose Jodi based on what he knew I wanted. Im obviously very happy about how it turned out but I think the above method is probably the best way to go about it :D Just speak to Mark about what you want and Im sure he will help you with this.

And I would LOVE to plan weddings but unfortunetely, most people don't like to pay for that stuff and I stink at getting clients. So its the corporate world for me, at least for now :D

Thanks to everyone else for all your really kind words - makes a girl feel good! Im going to try to scan more tonight and then when I get my high speed film - watch out!

Beautiful pics!! It really looks as though planning everything down to the last detail really worked out for you. I only hope my wedding turns out to be half as beautiful. Silly question, you might have already answered but, what happened to your straps? The dress really looks equally beautiful both ways.

Not a silly question at all...

During my receiving line, one of my straps broke (see my vendor review of Bridal Reflections). My MOH (who was the best MOh EVER!) came to the rescue with emergency needle and thread and fixed it right up.

At the end of the evening, the other strap broke. At this point, I didnt want to waste my last few songs to fix the strap so I ran over to my MOH who ripped both off.

It was just a few threads holding those triangular fabric pieces in place so it can be easily fixed (when I figure out where to have my dress preserved!)

I remember reading that (about one strap breaking), and thinking OMG! I would have freaked. I know Anne Barge is $$$, did you alter the straps at all, or did they come from the manufacturer this way? Either way, I'd be MAD at somebody! But really, the dress looked beautiful both ways, so thankfully it wasn't a huge deal.

It wasnt Anne Barge's fault at all. I had the seamstress make the straps a bit tighter so she removed and resewed them on. Of course, when it broke I saw that she only did about 8 stitches through which didnt last through all the hugging of the receiving line. I was a little mad and wish I had a more careful seamstress but it could have been a lot worse.

sn00k: I got my shoes at Bloomingdales (for $26!!). The brand is Camparos. They are a slingback style but I tied a ribbon around the back so they would be more secure.
