Re: OMG, so feakin' rude
update: So I wrote an e-mail to him explaining how off-base and rude he is, then he wrote me back with no apology, only saying that he shouldn't have put his values on me (meaning his value that a woman shouldn't show off a pic of ring), then didn't apologize, instead told me that he is my only real friend who will tell me the truth.. He is really messed up. He's always done stuff like this to me, so this isn't even just about this one e-mail. So, he's off the wedding list. I do not need a loose cannon there.

Re: OMG, so feakin' rude
Thanks
This is tough one. I feel like I need to get rid of him. I've honestly wanted to for so long, but he kept drawing me back in. I think you girls understand this more than anyone else. A person's true colors come out when your get engaged. You always can tell who is jealous, etc.

Re: OMG, so feakin' rude
It's so true. He has a guise of being the 'good friend' but really he's jealous and mean. This isn't even just about me, just last week when he insulted my ring on the phone, he told me that his brother just got engaged and his mother won't go their engagment party because it was in February and didn't like the cold (she lives in FL). He was mad about that and jealous because the girl his brother was marrying supposedly had money.

Re: OMG, so feakin' rude
I wouldn't invite him until he apologizes. That was a nasty thing to say.

Re: OMG, so feakin' rude
That's exactly what I'm thinking. I actually thought initially if he apologizes then, ok, once again I'll forgive him. But, he stuck by what he said. So, if that's what he believes in his skewed mind, then I'm planning to leave the friendship. In reality, we have nothing in common anyway.
