I will have to make all of these calls tomorrow unfortunately....too much going on today.

But thanks ladies!! I am not sleeping on this, the designer and the salon will wish they never heard of me soon!!!

Definitely call some media and the BBB. Your problem will be taken care of if you get lots of other people involved. So sorry you are going through this.

You can also contact WB11 News at 10 online at Help Me, Howard

Since the store is in BK I wouldn't bother contacting News12, I think they just cover Nassau and Suffolk.

I contacted channel 2, 7 and 11, the only one I didn't bother with was 12 because the salon isn't on LI.

Hopefully by the end of the month something will happen!

My gown was ruined by either the bridal salon or the designer. I paid $150 for a hollow to hem that was never done, the middle is fine but the sides are 3' too long, the netting underneath looks like someone ripped it off and resewed it any which way, there's holes and threads hanging underneath, the straps are twisted and dirty, the inside had pulls and to top it all off the skirt is off center.

Neither the salon or the designer wants to take responsibility for it, even though these problems existed when I picked up my gown 2 weeks ago. My seamstress is the one who brought all of this to my attention.
