LIRR train schedules!!! Many of his family members like to arrive a day early or stay a day later just to site see whenever there is a wedding.

My mom put small bottles of champagne in them, then went to price-club and got all different kinds of snacks, gum, candy. But my sister (the bride) made up cute crossword puzzles and word searches for the guests as well.
There was a website that made those puzzles for me...could look for it if anyone is interested!

The NY/LI items that I included were NY Style Bagel Chips and I included 2 bottles of beer - one from BluePoint Brewery (on LI) and one from Brooklyn Brewery.

Re: Out of town bags for Hotels
I am going to do little baskets of fruit and breakfast items for my guests as well as a packet for them with information about the area and places of interest that they may want to check out after the wedding festivities. I am also going to make them a special card for them thanking them for traveling all this way just to share our special day...

It's going to be summer when we get married, even if it is 70-80 degrees outside. We're putting a small bottle of water in each bag, or maybe two, a list of places and phone numbers for touristry stuff since much of my family has never been to the NYC area and will be doing some travel after the wedding, and a small sunchip bag or something like that. Maybe we'll add bubbles too, since children will be around.

We are putting in swedish fish (beach theme), chips, cheese and cracker packs, mints, a guide book to the Hamptons that has a map in it. Mini bottles of wine are a good idea too.Welcome New Vendors
