I didnt use a purse. I didnt really have anything I needed with me all the time. I had a big duffel bag which I left in the bridal suite.

No I did not have a purse the day of....

we had a big gift bag size bag with things I would need in it. I didn't want the hassle of carrying and worrying about the purse.

honestly i had a purse and never used it. Just no point what the hell am i going to carry around? Lipstick??? i honestly just went back to the bridal suit to pee and apply a new coat and that is about it.

We are actually getting ready AT my hall before the church, so everything I need will already be in the bridal suite. And I figure if I need the bathroom or whatever, I'll be using the one up there and can freshen up my makeup and all at that time. So, no, I am not carrying a purse.

I'm totally undecided - I think if I see a cute purse I'll go for it, otherwise not bother. All of our stuff will be in the bridal suite anyway. And FH has pockets for lipstick.

I'm just bringing a tote for all my personals and leaving it in the bridal suite

yes i'm bringing a small white purse for lipstick, mints and mirror
then a tote with anything else i can think of to leave in the bridal suite

I didn't use one. I gave my BMs anythign I needed holding on to. I figure thats part of their job!

My cousin really wants to lend me her bridal purse as my 'something borrowed' so I'm going to use it, even t hough I planned to use Jessies bracelet as my something borrowed. I didn't want to hurt her feelings though!

I brought my tote with most of my junk to the hotel to get ready


And then brought a little purse that came with my dress. In it I put a little chapstick just in case, & my cellphone (which you never know when you will need). Actually I needed the cellphone to give info to someone traveling separately .

But I could have easily thrown it into the tote too but I didn't want a big tote at my feet in the limo. My dress was big enough!

I brought a lil purse with me with my ciggies , lighter, some cash, lip gloss, my cellie and my license. Then again, I have this thing about always being prepared for god knows what! So I kinds felt more comfortable having one around.

With that said....my Mom, MOH, Bridal attendant and limo driver seemed to carry it most of the night!! So dont think you have to carry it everywhere.

Not using one. I don't want to worry about where I leave it. Also, I can't think of all that much I would need in there besides lipgloss. I'm just going to put all my essentials and emergency stuff in a big bag and leave it in the bridal suite.

for a smoker it comes in handy, honestly i think thats the reason i had brought my bag hahaha...and just like you said i didnt carry it around at all...The only time i really had it was on the table on the bus, other than that i didnt have it all.

Thanks so much ladies....it sounds as if you don't need one unless you want to for sentimental (or other) reasons. If I find one I love I will buy it, but I won't stress it if I don't!!!

BTW...I love all the purses in this post!!!!

I think I will give my sister, my MOH, the few things I might need - lipgloss, blush, camera (yes I want my own!) - to hold in her purse (I already bought her one that matches her dress). Anything else I would need will be in a tote bag in the bridal suite.
