im using fbb and working with stacey. i went in friday to see my mock-up of my cp's and she is sooooo wonderful to work with. im also very happy about being able to go in the day before the wedding to see everything to make sure it is perfect and that they will fix anything right then if i want...
so far ive been nothing but happy with them.

I actually had a similar experience with pedastals...I couldnt wait to get out of there...When I was there the lady I met with bashed other florists and told me they were going out of business...she didnt let me get a word in edgewise and they were not willing to work with me on price...I ran the hell out of there!

I'm sorry you had that bad experience. We booked with Pedestals, and Virgil could not have been any nicer. We all gushed about how much we loved him in the car afterwards! They were the only florist that actually wanted to ADD to my vision, and not just parrot what I wanted. They really worked w/in budget. As a matter of fact, I was ready to run out of other showrooms - they were the only place I went to that I felt at home! I guess everyone has a different experience.

I did not look at FBB because my RH took them off their vendor list, and I did not see that as a good sign....
