It's just a screen name, and it really does not have an effect on anyone but the person who uses it. Really not a big deal if you think about it.................JMO.

For myself, I did it because a new memer just joined and had the identical name as mine only without hyphens...it was just too confusing. Wish I DIDN'T have to change it

but oh well

I think some people are doing it because when they joined this site,they made up names off the top of their heads and now regret it.

I.e , I was a nervous bride hence, my screen name- NRVBRD. I wish I could have thought of something more creative.

I believe it is easy to do, just contact LIW and put in a request.

LOL kysha - I always thought yours stood for 'Never Bored'

Mine used to be FutureMrsTC however after I got married I changed it to MrsTC - makes sense
