Picked Up Headpiece - Patchogue Floral

Hi Folks: I picked up my headpiece on Saturday from Patchogue Floral. They did a wonderful job and my veil is beautiful, pressed and hung. I highly recommend the place. I also was trying to find a bun wrap type of head piece for my flower girl to match mine. They didn't have it but the ladies at the craft counter that make all the silk arrangements found flowers that matched my headpiece, sized the wrap piping in front of me and are making it to match mine. It will probably cost about 25.00 for her piece. They are very accomodating and I have had a wonderful experience with them.

Cathyanne, Hi there. Different strokes for different folks. Everyone is here to just give opinions and help out. What is gawdy to one person might not be to another. Some people find CB gawdy and love Jericho Terrace. What it boils down to is that everyones taste/preferences are different. Taking that into consideration we shouldnt judge someone elses opinion. Just my two cents. Take care!

As far as how many to get you can put several at each table if you are presenting them in frames or in menu holders. Another way to do it that is nice as well is to have them inserted into the flap of a folded napkin and lay them on top of the plate at each place setting. In this case you would need one per person.

Great Kate. I was going to go there to look for headpieces. Where are they in Patchogue?

I did reception Programs, and on the back page it listed the menu. It was neat everyone seemed to enjoy the reception programs. They also listed the Bridal party, and all of the other things like best man toast, dances w/ parents and speeches.

Kate-

How long did it take to make? I went there and they had a good selection, but I wasn't ready to purchase yet.

Thanks!

If you go to Exit 66 on LIE, go South. You'll travel about 10 minutes and you'll see the big building on the right. Can't miss it. If you look under headpieces on the "Wedding Services" Page here on this site, you can map it out. Good Luck. Whatever they don't have, they will make for you. I think I paid 116.00 for mine and that included the veil. They attached the veil to a comb instead of my headpiece, so that I can RIP IT OFF after church!

Picked Up Headpiece - Patchogue Floral

I ordered it on New Years Eve (day). They picked the date for it to come in. It was here March 13th. Give yourself some time in case you don't like it or there is something wrong. After my nightmare with my gown, I'm not sure if my gown is actually white anymore. The one they said was mine was off-white, but I think it was because it was from the rack. I bought a translucent veil, so that won't be a problem, but my headpiece might end up being a different shade of white, in which case, they can tint it for me. Good Luck. Give yourself at least 2 - 3 months for the headpiece.
