Picking my Menu

Hi everyone, I'm going to meet with the GW Manor next month to discuss my menu. Is it too late to ask them to throw some things in? Also, what else should I be discussing at this meeting. Of course, this is the first time I doing this (and the last) so I'm a little concerned that I'm going to forget something. HELP!

Picking my Menu

From what I hear they run a great place. So keeping that in mind they should also be accomodating to you. I think that if there is anything to add to the menu that you might like then do it. I think also if they dont sugest it first then maybe you might feel better if you havent eatten there before if they gave you a chance to smaple the food. A few of the halls I looked at had sampling times set aside for couples who wanted to see what the place would look like and how the food would taist and even the presentation. Good Luck... :)
