That's wonderful!!! I've always found that portion control rather than restrictive eating is the best way to go. And, if you never exercise, any increase in that will help you too. That's really great, congratulations!!

Congratulations!!! I joined weight watchers and I must not be doing something right because when I got my first weigh in I only lost 0.2lbs!

So kudos to you!! Keep it up and it will pay off!

you're motivating me! i've been doing the same-exercising consistently (everyday) and eating lighter-no junk or sugar- and now MAYBE i will attempt to step on the scale! CONGRATS! keep up the good work!!!!

Thank you ALL....everything youve written means so much (especially since I havent really shared anything else like my dress or invites or pretty much anything about my wedding since I havent done anything yet!)


I thought this post would be on page 4 by now so i was shocked to come on this morning and see how high up it was.... it really means so much
