IT ROCKS! :)
I started a year ago and lost 15 lbs in 6 months. Then I have pretty much been off of it since the summer, and I have not gained it back. Its amazing! I'm back on it next week though! :)

i tried WW and i gained weight from it lol

I would like to lose about 10-15 pounds before the wedding
