Under! It's habit that was formed because our toilet paper holder was pretty flimsy and would come loose from the wall (but we loved the way it looked so we didn't want to change it - we decided just to keep it and fix it every other day). Putting the toilet paper going under would keep it from coming loose as much.

LOL you guys are funny....But I def have to have it under, I cant stand when its over the top. My FH puts it that way and everytime either one of us are in the bathroom we switch it

HAHAHA This is so funny cuz I ABSOLUTELY have to have it go over the top! I won't go so far as to change it when I'm out, but FH definitely knows when he puts in on wrong at home - I can never let it slide! Although, I should be grateful that he changes the roll at all
