Rachel is great for quick meals, but uses a ton of butter! I wonder if her recipes are as good if you cut out a lot of the butter...has anyone tried doing that before?

i just got a Rachel Ray cookbook for christmas! I love Giada her recipies are sooooo good. I think Barefoot Contessa's recipies can make you gain weight by just watching her cook them. I bet they taste awesome tho !!!!!

Giada and Barefoot Contessa are my faves, I have so many of their cookbooks and use them all of the time!

Rachel Ray-well drives me crazy and I hate her recipes.

Bobby Flay- I love his stuff too and love to watch him but have never actually cooked using his recipes. Great ideas though.
