don't feel bad - this is a house you have to live in, nit him. He is probably mad he won't get commission. FM me where in Levittown it is!

Update: We got our dream house!

I just got off the phone with the real estate lady they accepted our offer! Its the perfect starter house for us!!! I'm so excited!

Congrats on getting the house!!!

I'm a realtor....please don't everyone yell at me!

I can understand why your original realtor was mad, but there was no reason he should have yelled at you and made you feel the way you did, but you need to understand that by working with him for 7 months, he depended on your transaction as part of his salary.

Believe me, I've been through it too...had a listing that people backed out of and got away with (lucky they didn't get sued)....but I kept my mouth shut through it all. This realtor ruined his own reputation by yelling at you....would you ever refer anyone to him after what happened?? I don't think so! He is the reason why so many of us get bad names!!!

I'm glad you ended up finding the right house! Good luck!!!
