Reception

I'm looking for an Estate or Mansion on Long Island to have my wedding ceremony and reception. I would like to do an out door ceremony and a back yard tent reception for about 100 people. Any ideas?????

How large of a wedding are you planning? What reception locations are you considering?

You can try Flowerfield in St. James or The Old School at Westbury. Westbury is absolutely gorgeous with an outside tent and and indoor old mansion with many cozy rooms. I went there this past year for a 50th anniversary. It was stunning.

Anyone know of a great videographer?

You can also try Oheka Castle. The place is gorgeous. It has a huge outside garden area.

Anyone know of a great videographer?

This is a link to Long Island's Gold Coast. There are links to public and private mansions on LI. Also try the Nassau County Museum of Art (the old Frick estate). I don't think their info is on the site I mentioned. They have outdoor ceremony spots and a tent already set up.
