Reception Halls
I'm looking in Suffolk, 125-150 guests, I've called Beach Club Estates, Meadow Club, Watermill, Mill Pond. Price up to 85. I am really flexible family is all over the island.Hi I am trying to find a hall, but they won't quote prices or ranges over the phone. I was wondering if anyone could help me by telling me of good halls and prices. I am unable to make appointments at all the different places. I will only be in town for one day and need to make appointment for more specific places based on recommendations and price ranges. Thanks for your help

What kind of budget are you working with, and how many people your planning to invite on what day of the week. We can narrow down the choices for you

Re: Reception Halls
What is your price range? I think it all depends on what you are willing to spend per person. Also, you can check long island sites and services. It's really informative and gives you price ranges for each hall.Wedding sites

Try Snapper Inn and Captain Bills. The Gatsby in Islip is also very nice.

Try any of the Lessings Locations. They are vendoors here on the sight. I know we looked at all of them--Tall Grass was 69.00 for a Sat. pm Timberpoint was 95.00 and Bourne was $$$$$
But we love it!!!!

Re: Reception Halls
I had the same price range when I was looking and anticipate a guest list starting around 150.I checked out:
Majestic Gardens
Watermill
Swan Club
East Wind Estate
Westbury Manor
Giorgios
I really liked them all, but they offer different things. All can work under $85, but you'll get more at some places than others.
FM me if you want some of the package prices I got, and/or want a little more detail of each place.
Also check out Wedding Sites and Services
Good Luck!

Re: Reception Halls
You might be able to get that rate at the Harbor Club in Huntington as well....it's 1 wedding at a time on Huntington Harbor, which is pretty centrally located for LI.

Re: Reception Halls
it depends on what you want, i think a lot of places can work with a budget, but you may not get the extras , if that is not too important then you have more optionsi looked at east wind- (and booked)
majestic gardens
Hamlet Willow Creek
I forget everywhere else, thats not good... oh well
I love Watermill- wouldnt get married there for a few reasons, i worked there, had cousin's wedding there and have been to many weddings and parties there, BUT it is a great place
